Holowé is a quiet space for autistic self-understanding; a place to unmask, reflect, and reconnect, in your own way and at your own pace.

We created Holowé because too many autistic adults are left without the support, clarity, or kindness they deserve. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply exploring, this is a space where your experiences are valid and your questions are welcome.

There’s no one way to be autistic, and no single path through life. Holowé isn’t here to give you answers. It’s here to offer tools, language, and space for you to find your own.

Everything we create is free, peer-led, and grounded in lived experience. We don’t aim to fix or cure. Instead, we support self-awareness, self-compassion, self-advocacy, and self-acceptance because those things belong to everyone.

Our Values

Accessibility
We design everything with care for sensory needs, processing differences, and emotional safety.

Autonomy
We trust you to take what you need, in your time and in your way.

Dignity
We approach autistic lives with respect, nuance, and compassion, not shame, judgement, or pity.

Peer Leadership
Our work is created by autistic people, grounded in lived experience, and informed by our community.

Reconnection
We believe in rebuilding trust in yourself; not by pushing harder, but by listening gently.

About the Founders

Holowé was created by an autistic couple, Aimee and Dave. Together, they wanted to build something gentle, accessible, and honest; a resource rooted in lived experience, not professional distance.

They’ve both spent years navigating the gaps in understanding, language, and support that many autistic adults face and bring their own experiences of navigating diagnosis, identity, and support systems.

Holowé reflects their shared belief that autistic voices deserve to lead the conversation about autistic lives and is their way of giving back, creating something they wish they’d had.
